Optimized Bearing Cap Design: Upgrade bearing caps for the second and third shafts to an adjustable structure, ensuring proper bearing clearance.
2 Transmission Gear Device
Optimized Gear Processing Technology: Shift from split gear grinding to integral gear grinding to improve tooth profile accuracy, assembly precision, and reduce operational noise.
Comprehensive Gear Group Upgrade: Increase gear modulus and width to enhance strength and lifespan. Optimize gear tooth count and adjust three-stage gear ratios for better speed reduction distribution and operational stability.
3 Main Shaft and Bearing Chamber
Integrated Shaft Design: Adopt a forged one-piece main shaft, eliminating the intermediate transition spline shaft between the main shaft and gearbox. This reduces cumulative errors and vulnerable parts while improving stability.
Optimized Shaft Sealing Structure: Redesign the bearing chamber lubrication system with fully sealed components and custom shaft seals to prevent dust ingress and extend bearing life.
4 Press Roller Shaft
Optimized Oil Injection Pipeline Design: Redesign upper and lower oil port diameters to ensure balanced oil distribution and stable output.
5 Automatic Lubrication System
Enhanced Oil Flow Monitoring: Install oil flow sensors in main pipelines for real-time monitoring. Add visual oil viewers to bearing chamber oil circuits for intuitive inspection.
6 Power Upgrade
560 Pellet Machine: Standard motor upgraded to 132KW (max. 160KW). All components designed to withstand twice the maximum torque of a 160KW motor.
880 Pellet Machine: Standard motor upgraded to 250KW (max. 280KW). All components designed to withstand twice the maximum torque of a 280KW motor.
7 Mold and Bearing Chamber Optimization
